Guys, Just wanna make sure how this program works for the user. Does this program accept the refurbished cards in ebay, or other online retailers? In other words, do we need to have a flash retail purchase in any kinds retailers and show the retail purchase proof when requesting for the step-up?
------------------- Yup, it's new, but how do we know if the products in ebay are mentioned 'new'? So to take as less risk as possible, does it sound like not going for ebay 'new' products if we are already thinking of step-up? Another question. Once we do the step-up in the first time, an we use the stepped up card to get to another step-up? Any restrictions?
what i had to do is register my card and fax them my invoice (or recept)...then i had to send EVERYTHING that came witht the card even box (except games) back to them....and it has to be within 90 days of the date of puchase on the invoice from the company bought from orginally... (aka...Newegg...Tigerdirect...Zipzoomfly..so on)
it has to be a new retail card from an authorized vendor like Newegg, Zipzoomfly etc...
