I'm getting red dots in textures playing every game I own. It's not overclocked, the heat isn't be an issue as I have tried 2 different heatsinks with it. It's brand new... I have tried the latest ATI drivers as well as the ones that came with the card. Any suggestions? I have attached a few screenshots.
I revised the post. Take a look at the second (zoomed) picture and tell me that looks nice. I'm not sure what's causing this.

that is noticable,I would have guessed to much oc,maybe try underclock for a test, this may be an rma situation if possible
such a killer system, with such a sh!t card.....why dont you buy a mid-end card to hold you through until the g80's come out later this year? such as a 6600gt.
It's only temporary until the G80 comes around... Another thing, 3DMark03 runs fine - no red dots. Weird.
I can't wait... DirectX 10 and Shader Model 4! So I guess I'm stuck with this card and its red dots until then. d'oh.
I'll end up with vista too to stay current,I'll do the 6 month post release adoption though, nice one getting your part exchanged
