I run my own website, I could whip up a quick DB and script to add and display some info

    hi :)
good job, nice new idea although i will give up to be a member of the drivers-mania. the latest drivers might be the best with its bug fixes. My best driver until yet was the first edition of 81.95 because he is very near with all his values to all my benchmarks-records-results.

I allow u to use my benchmarks results for my old and new pc for ur database:

    hi :)
i recommend u following scheme for easy reading. by the way u ll need one site for each card.

    6800gt - 3DM2001se - 3DM2003 - 3DM2005 - Aquamark03
    driver7
    driver8
    driver9

here the link for my benchmarks for Asus V9999GT-td (350/700) at:

    http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?s=&postid=1448536#post1448536

But remember each benchmark-result depend on cpu, mainboard, chipset, hdd too.

    good week-end
    finito-yeti :)

Coldfox, I have kept a fairly large log of different drivers, settings, overlocks etc with Aqua/3d-Mark 03/05 scores and some CS:Source scores so I could contribute there. And I would be willing to help if it will get the ball rolling.

i'm fond of the idea of using drop down menus where you select:
    Driver
    GPU
    CPU speed
    [anything else relevant]

and then have the range of benchmarks for your selections displayed.
'course, i don't have any idea how to do this, but hopefully some of you do. ;)

    benchmarking

Good idea guys... I've been compiling my own statistics (for my system) anyway...

BIG QUESTION: What are the rules for benchmarking? We have to define some standards, e.g.:
    - internet disabled (to unload any firewall program)
    - antivirus disabled (no background scans)
    - Windows version / patches?
    - DirectX version (9.0c?)
    - what drivers settings??? performance set to high or to quality? other (Direct3D) tests?
    - how do you measure IQ?

What about standard benchmarking programs? My scores have been too low on 3DMark05 so I've been testing on 2001 SE instead :)

Anyway you've welcome to my detailed test results (overall scores already posted here: http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=166693). I'll keep an eye on this topic...
