I've not OC'd my CPU/ram since buying my new MB + grfx card. So I hope this score improves when I get around to OC'n them.
    MSI 6800 GS @ 500/1150

    Edit: OC'd CPU to 2.53Ghz (11 x 230) memory on divider @ 180mhz.
Increased score by 3.5k and should go further, when the memory is @ 1:1

    than with 4.2 1.5v~89000
    than 4.32 1.55v ddr2 533 3-3-3-9 got ~90000 without separate scores

LOL Yea man he is so ticked its a Watercooled FX-55 too :-D, but I have a quick question I have some ddr550 in my rig now the latency is 2.5-4-4-8 what do you think I can bring that down too considering that I'm only running @ 255 "fsb" (since the ddr500 should be able to take 275 minimum at those timings) and how much of a diff will it make? I hit 2.8ghz but I really dont wnna push it anymore cuz of the heat its idling at 108 F and I think it tops out close to 130 F.

My card has a zalman vf-700, plus I don't get my watercooling till x-mas, I couldn't fit it in the sig. So I'm on air, still.

I didn't get any improvement in oc with the new cooler, except in 05 that it let me oc up too 475, in all the other benches it only lets up to 455 which is what I got with the detect optimal frequencys when I had the stock cooler :p

You could try under-clocking your ram on a divider with tighter timings. Maybe that may improve your score. Looks like you cant push your CPU ne further on air.
@Luis_GT > hehe... the heat is on. Last 1 to 80K's a loser lol j/k
    Good Luck

Thats it, I'm pushing my sandy all the way to 2.7 with 1.65 volts even if I kill it, and the mem, I still don't know, 220 @ 2-2-2-5 1t is awesome

so not having it in 1:1 wnt hurt it at all? I mean i hear that everything is really a divider on amd boards.

    I can't run 1:1 with 1 T timing, I think the memory controller in my sandy is ****ed. I can run at 240 2T @ 2-2-2-5 1:1 though.

Cant remember what i score i remember it was ~108,000 ish on air. I set up a new watercooling system last weekend so i havent re-benched, but im guessing im probably up around the 110k mark now :)

A higher score is all about cpu, low memory latencies and running mem 1:1 at a high HT. I used A64 tweaker and it gave me an extra 3k by the time id tweaked all the memory options it has.
