Is this score okay for a 7800GT

XFX 7800GT 450/1.1 w/newest drivers from nvidia.com

3dmark03: Mid 15,XXX
AQ: mid 76,xxx

 

I just got one too and was wonderin the same thing... I get just about the same scores too. [slighty better, though, because of my CPU]

 

3dmark03 score is good, aquamark score is lower than mine (when im using my x2 3800 @ 2.7ghz that is, lol) so yeah basically not too bad. Run 3dmark05, that tests the graphics card best.

 

I get 686x in 05

 

just tested in 05 and i got 7695

 

Thats about right for a GT.

 

i get 8250, @ 495/1300. Not all that great really, but does me.

 

I get 7116 in 3DMark05, lol.

 

Damnit, mine is LOW ;o

 

i expected mine to be lower than yours, but is instead it's almost 1000 higher..

 

That might have to do with his CPU being an intel, and your opteron essentially being a 4000+ SD.

 

I just picked up the Evga 7800GT co and so far, I'm very happy with it. It was a couple of hundred cheaper than my previous X800XT, but significantly faster!:speed:
oc'd to 470 and 1100.
'03 = 16,632
'05 = 7,346
AM = 80,036
I've got no complaints!:supercool

...just oc'd the memory to 1216 and scored 7,497 in '05
