well the card looks good .....Also the memory and core are also above normal value.......HAs 12 pixel pipelines..(I think 6800gt has 16.....).....Also a 256 bit GDDR3 memory.....IF 12 pixel pipelines are not a problem it should be a good buy.....(May be extra 4 pipelines can be unlocked...........:toke: )
"Extra" pipes can't be unlocked, because there's no more pipes physically in the core. Normal (core 425mhz) is quite equal to GT, so XFX's one should kick gt's ass. Also all gs i've seen have been able to oc over 500mhz core.
if ur looking at that card u shuld get the ati x800xl instead. its only slightly more expensive and has 16 pixel pipelines and is a fierce competitor with the 6800gt, but a bit cheaper.
