DX 9C / Cat 5.11

Hi all,
What's the better order on a *fresh* install of Windows Professional, Direct X 9C first or the Cat 5.11's first? Thanks much for any help!

 

Windows > DirectX > Chipset > Everything else

 

ok here is the deal, my souncard supports EAX, in its demo its working properly. And also sound is not a problem in NFS underground2, but in bf2 it is. What should i do? Thanks
