The "3dMark05" 6000+ club

i know this is a silly question but i score much higher in windows x64 than normal xp pro. i dont know why?

 

Well... messed with it again and got 8519

Don't know why it shows 516Mhz on the core, but it's only 475Mhz... according to RivaTuner

Anyways;
AMD 64 3200+ 2Ghz @ 2,3Ghz and 475/1394 aircooled on the 7800GTX

I've entered the 6000+ realm with my new 6800 Ultra (the last one died)

 

I just broke 6000 with the new 81.26 Beta Forcewares when clocked at 459/1170. 6037 was my score.

These drivers seem great for benchies, gave me another 2000 for Aquamark too.

 

With 5909p. in the prog and 6072p. in the result-window..???

 

That was the last result. After clicking OK on the 6072 window, that 59xx score will change to 6072.

On the 2nd test, i've increased my core speed to 440 and memory to 1300 and that result was 6072.

Try it yourself and you'll see i'm correct.
