To tbh, If i were you. I'd copy profiles (found in bf2 folder in my documents) to somewhere else. Then uninstall bf2 Reinstall it. put ur profiles folder back, replacing exsisting folder and try again. what drivers are u using. 5.7 cats completely mess up my system. And i've d/l them 3 times. after installing above drivers i have to reinstall my mobo drivers, like wtf. i've gone back to 5.6 and everything is alright.

Maybe try closing down some of the applications and then run the game. I think a desktop cleanup is also in order.
yea um thats pretty darn messy...mine includes a tempt sensor and the time..,to each there own thou but i enjoy the .11% increase in speed
Mine also runs sh*t after installing 1.02. I'll get to a game no problem, but after the initial stutters, I run around for a second and I get a total freeze. I've even left it for like 15 mins, but it just stys there frozen. Anyone got any ideas?
