XG 77.62-HD is out in 2 Versions..!!!

playback problem

you simply fix this playback problem by enabling VMR... I had it as well and then I read of a guy that fixed the problem this way and it worked for me!...
instructions:
right click on the desktop screen, then go to nvidia display, then go to video overlay settings and on the lower left corner you have this option... just click on it and should work...
This drivers are really good... the IQ is awesome, and the performance in games so far has been much better than 71.89...

yet another driver, if a had $5.00 for every new driver that came out, i'd be rich by now...lol, i just installed the xg hd 77.50's last night, now these lol....

 

i installed type 2. I as well am having the video display problem and when I went to video overlay settings there is no vmr checkbox like there was in previous versions. Anymore suggestions

 

ill follow up with my own response to help others out hopefully. Well since I had no vmr checkbox in windows media player under video options and advanced I deselected use video overlay and chose high quality mode instead and my video is no longer corrupted. Still I shouldn't have to do these things for a driver to work properly, they should just work when they are installed like any other driver.

 

Use nvtweak and enable everything and it will be there, worked for me.
Hey rusty I think these had the prob before they were modded. Plus its a BETA driver use at your own Risk. Hello am I the only one who understands that?

 

Yep, turning off video overlay in my player fixed the problem.

 

to fix the video problem, go to color correction and select advance mode under color profile. then select apply color changes to All and that will fix it.

 

I'm confused as to the difference between the two.

 

i noticed that with the original 77.62..the everest home edition software showed that i have opengl2.0 enabled

when i used the xg77.62 type2...it shows opengl1.5

anyone know whats up with that??

needless to say I love 'em

 

huge increase. I got an increase in performance with type 2. I finally broke the score in aquamark I set with ng0 76.50. I can almost smell 52k!

these problems give me a huge glitch fest on battlefield 2 demo, anyone else experiencing this also?

 

I downloaded type 2 and the only thing I've run is 3D Mark 2003. My score went from 8031 to 8595. Lets see how these run games..
