    Hi guys,

Maybe Epox isn't as popular among Socket A folks as Abit or DFI, but still some people do have these motherboards and 8RDA+ used to be one of the favourite overclockers' mobo some time ago. Here are few custom bioses - ROMSIP mods - made by Merlin.

!!!! These are alpha and beta versions, so be careful and don't moan, if something goes really wrong ;) !!!!

Please, don't use any programs for flashing in Windows nor the Alt+F2 method.
    I recommend using "awdflash" with the following parameters : /py /sn /cc /cd /cp /QI /F /R

The 3+ PRO/ 6+ PRO one has been tested by me for few days with positive results - the one with CPC On (1T). Some of the others have also been tested recently, so there's only a little danger of hot flash (might depend on the flashing method - see above!).

    cheers :D

After having seen the number of views I assume two things :
    - either nobody's interested in custom Epox BIOS binaries
    - or this thread has been lost among many others and covered by the dust of time ;)

For those of you, you may be interested, I've just decided to write the following :
    1) The AOA forums isn't the only place on this good earth, where matters concerning Epox motherboards can be discussed. ;)
    2) This thread ain't a hidden commercial of AOA forums. :p
    3) nForce2 boards are still alive and appreciated by many users around the world :D

... or has everybody got either A64 or P4 system?! ;)

    cheers /M
