To all of you Farcry lovers: 1. Go to your nvidia control panel 2. Go to color correction 3. Set your contrast to 80-84* 4. Set your gamma to 80-84* 5. The last important is to set your image sharpening slider to the middle or middle upper* 6. Play farcry ... Now you have very crisp image(especcially when you set the image sharp to middle upper). Look at the objects. The grass, trees, enemy and every other objects looks the best detailed model. Note: Your desktop will looked terrible with this setting, so make this setting only for farcry. I tried some games but it won't change the image quality of other games. BTW tell me if you guys find some games that worked with my setting above * Choose your preference
lol..dude those settings are not going to look the same for everyone else as they do for you. everyones contrast, brightness, etc....are different which would make a difference on how the picture would look.
Then I guess you didn't really read my thread! NOTICE POINT 5!!! 5. The last important is to set your image sharpening slider to the middle or middle upper* Now you have very crisp image(especcially when you set the image sharp to middle upper).
What your saying is rather subjective at best. Not all people will think it looks good like you think it is. Some people hate DV and Image sharpening, while others like the effect.
I tried a couple of things like this and I generally have DV set to medium and image sharpening set to the first notch. Looks great on desktop and in games.
