Help with hooking up X-box to Monitor

If anyone has done this before can you explain to me how to do this? I have a basic 17" CRT monitor. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I have heard something about a component adapter that ATI offers or something, but I have never done it personally, do I dunno.

Do you not have a tv or something?

To be honest, unless you have a black and white tv or something thats totally ancient, it really isnt going to look any better on the monitor.

I think I found what you are looking for though, the Venom console-to-PC-adapter, which will work with pretty much any console.

Yep, it wont look any better on a monitor then it would a TV.
