    Don't worry it'll manage about 0.3fps more in FarCry due to a 20MHz speed increase over the X800XTPE.. LMAO

    The X800XTPE runs the X850 demos nicely :) :)

    Supposedly that's why they made them. I think it was just for the money though. Not sure exactly how making a new chip will increase the supply, but if it really does then, that's great.

    WHY THE **** DO YOU RELEASE THE SAME CARD WITH A 20MHZ INCREASE??? WHY DONT YOU FOCUS ON A REAL CARD NOT THE SAME CARD CLOCKED 20 MHZ MORE????????

    (I needed the caps for the effect I wanted :) )

    i dont know if youve noticed but its a pci-e only card maybe thats why they released it? And figured hey if wew are gunna have to design a new card for pci-e why not give it a nice speed bump? the x850xt is a better card than the x800xt by a bigger margin tho since it uses 1.6ns memory rather than 2ns on the reference x800xt (i dont mean pe). infact the x850xt has the exact same engine clock as x800xtpe and the memory is 1.6ns at 1080 and its like £50 less. From what ive looked at, i might get one £299 inc vat and its got vivo etc as standard :D.
