Well, after surfin in this forums and some other forums i really dont find a good review of this card. Im going to buy a 6600gt and it sound OK, but can anyone recommed this card for me? Really sorry for not making this clear I wonder if someone got a leadtek 6600gt agp. Or Does anyone got a good tip on a review on the net. Wanna get leadtek cause its cheap and the little info i got in the forums it sounded good. But i need more info before i spend away 200$. Thanks!
Personally my 6600GT is the worst card I have ever owned. It crashes ever single 3D application I have tried on it. I have tried to solve this every wat I know how from BIOS to drivers and nothing works. I am going to phone tomorrow about sending mine back. I have the Galaxy 6600GT
I also have problem with my 6600GT agp card, i would stay away for awhile, too see if they fix there current problems with this chipset from Nvidia. Too many issues. For those of us who already got suckered in by lousy reviews, we are stuck with it for now..but if you could avoid it don't buy one..
i got a leadtek 6600gt agp before formating ran like poop after formating runs great , best card i ever owend, can run doom 3 on ultra at 40fps - 60
i have an eVGA 6600GT card and works great for me but my CPU is bottlenecking it until i eventually get my 3.2ghz ....only problem i have with the card right now is that i no longer have the temp monitor thing for the vid card.
I have an LeadTek 6600GT AGP and it works great for me, can play highest settings in underground 2, NFSHP Prince of Persia. As you may noticed, my CPU is bottlenecking it... Anandtech give good review for that card... wise cooling solution...
