First of all, going by the apparent speed of the person the splash would have been far greater, the water would have shot out forward, and the pool would have deformed... He apears to start going faster after he leaves the ramp while in the air... The reaction of everyone in the end looks setup...

Lastly it just looks fake to me.

The way that the water splash could be heard so pristinely even though the camera was a very long ways away in an open environment seemed like the biggest give away to me.

Also the fact that he's not hurt as a couple feet of water would not save you at that velocity.
