EK is a company who do custom work:
-contact them by mail of phone
-send them your card (mobo or gpu ... etc etc)
-wait from 2 week to 1 month more or less.
-then pay the waterblock and they send you back everything.
(sometime you pay only the port if the card will be a future hit as the lightening from MSI... but it is not a rule).

    I just received my 2nd 980 HOF.
In this review, Hilbert said "We will need more voltage allowance if we want to go even higher, now if your search for a little tool called HOF_NVVDD which is created by an enthusiast party, not GALAX you might bump voltage to 1.3 Volts."
I've searched quite a bit and never found HOF_NVDD.
I couldn't find any water-blocks either, but I searched them out and found them at Bitspower:
    http://www.bitspower.com.tw/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=173_268_270_277&products_id=3813
There are 2 different versions of these blocks. The one I just posted, which has a full cover, solid white acrylic top, and another that uses acrylic + stainless steel.
The pair I bought came with the backplates.
If you order one of these cards from GALAX, you'll get a free GALAX "Gamer" 240GB SSD's:
    http://www.galaxstore.net/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=98NQH6DND2UZ-I2AL32A85MHA
GALAX has, just this week, started selling the HOF's with water-coolers by Diamond.
I took a look and am glad I went with Bitspower vga blocks.

What a sexy card! And that cooling! VRMs don't even break a sweat. These custom 980ti are just stunning, this is probably my favorite so far. I would still probably go with the MSI Gaming, but the Zotac and this Galax are just nice! Great review.

Now I feel worthless. Such a noob. Dunno why I put "ti"there, guess it's just habit with all the 980ti reviews coming out atm. This 980 is really nice though, great job Galax.

It is a nice card wish more white PCB parts were available. I think the 980Ti is getting two HoF variants the normal one and one made for custom (read LN2) cooling.

I only checked the Review for the Hoff pictures, the rest wasn't interesting.

Don't worry, I thought the same at first.

Great review though, and I really like Galax products.

Yeah, I remember when Galaxy and KFA2 merged into Galax and a lot of people were somewhat doubtful about the thing. Galax cards have been highly rated though, if nothing else they offer something unique from a visual standpoint.

I tend to go for cases without windows, as I'm usually not keen on how the internals of a rig look. That said, the white PCB/Design behind the HoF series is absolutely stunning. I could genuinely see myself building a white themed rig around it.
