Thanks mate, will wait for the answer if the issue still persists with 21.2.1 driver and if yes, will forward it to team.

1975 mhz or real 1930 ish on the core

    1850 on the memory

1125mv max and 30 percent extra power

thats only for benches though, i use 1875 core and 1800 mem for games that need the extra mhz

forgot to say that this card only has 1 8pin power so it could go much faster with 2 and probably would need water cooling lol, draws around 200w total board power so 1 is enough for it to run nicely still

Just for info, performance optimizations for Quake II RTX added in 21.1.1 are not present in this driver, will be re-added in next driver again hopefully.

    Hi

I have some crashes on The Medium with Adrenalin 21.1.1 and 21.2.1 and FidelityFX scal corruption with 75-50 % only 100 is fine.
Random reboots plus black screen with this two drivers (WHEA ID 18) I try different Gigabyte bios (F33a - F21 and F32) and same issues
    Back to 20.12.1 WHQL

  9. Heh, Oculus Link can be outright broken for 4-5 driver releases with one of the hottest-selling VR headsets during the holidays, but an unofficial overclocking tool causing some minor flickering can get fixed within a week.

Priorities at AMD are interesting :p

Actually the flickering has been there for months if not a year now

  11. Could be just coincidence, but it sounds like it was only fixed about a week after a Vanguard report.

I don't know how widespread it was prior to that though or how many bug reports AMD got about it from regular users.

Can confirm that Metro Exodus can be run with RT enable without crashing. I play it at 3840x1080 (exactly half of 4K) with RT set to 'Ultra' and though there was a massive framerate hit, the game was quite playable at 50fps to >100fps as the game is a slower paced FPS which doesn't require ultra high framerate. Though the added lighting effects is nice, I could easily do without it for better framerate, I'm replaying it now with RT simply because I can with the new driver.

That's something AMD should have written in release notes.

If you happen to have HWiNFO opened, take a look at this thread:

Their driver branches are so messed up. I don't get why they seem to have so many active at once. Their branches live too long.

    Hi
I take looked at this thread and happens one time with HWinfo 6.42 open but I have this app portable not installed on my system.
I don't play games and not surfing on net with this app open.
Back to driver 21.2.1 and Bios F32 to try another time.
    But thanks

Great drivers for 6900xt , stable. Drivers are heading in the right direction but i just wish amd would work a little more on the insane power savings downclocking issue , it is just too aggressive trying to save a little power. We need more performance not less , i have been having issues with severe downclocking while running some benchmarks and there is now way to lock the clocks i want and need :( , @SpajdrEX can you forward this information to amd driver team please ? I would suggest that they work on the way we can control and lock the clocks on a near future driver to make this new cards 6xxx cards really shine in 3dmark benchmarks .

Let us control the clocks that we want not what the amd drivers want please :). Overall not bad drivers but lacking a lot in the performance department on 3dmark benchmarks. My 2 cents.

    Kind Regards: Chispy
