Is there a modified .inf that includes GTX 500 series cards?

Well these drivers keep getting better and better, i always had trouble running Dark Athena on Win7 or butcher bay, recording too. Now, they both work great, even Dark Athena, which is moving at a solid framerate between 45-57. Never drops below 40 and never goes higher than 57 for some reason. And no sync is not on.

On another note, i have notice with L4D2 when recording it drops down to 19fps sometimes, but thats the lowest i seen when recording, no problem playing at max tho. It only drops to 19 in heavy crowed tunnel areas in the dark with the light on. Thats when recording tho, without recording that area is 35fps.

Okay i'm coming back to the green team tommorow with a GTX 570.

Should i go for these Quadro drivers or the 263.03 whql's ????

I know its a bit of a "how longs a peice of string" question, but just dont wanna miss anything obvious.

Been away from the Nvidia forums for a long time :(

dude you might be lucky and have the launch of the proper driver for your card tomorrow , if ManuelG didnt con us, it is expected to be released monday or tuesday worst scenario, if not the quadro drivers are your best option providing you dont have the driver crash issue as i and many did, in that case just use the latest WHQL and pray for a speedy launch of a new set.

the worst news is that many have been praying for more than 6 months now.

yep. i found a post of manuel, hidden in an unfrequent thread, silently telling that the driver has been rererererererererescheduled. he didn't have the balls to post it in on of many new-driver-related threads - so i did it for him

I've tried this driver with a clean install of windows and I just keep getting the driver is not responding and has recovered, I would really like to try them if they weren't so buggy on my card.

Ok I just installed these, didn't do any benches yet but my Windows Index score increased from 7.5 to 7.7 :S what are in these drivers. At stock clocks my 460 scored 7.4, @850MHz 263.00WHQL 7.5.

Edit: How do I check the DLL version number? I've seen a lot of pics in the forums with dll names and version numbers but can't remember what app it was :S
