He doesnt, but its on slide on left vertical scale - VR perf. ratio efficiency. So by normal scenario, not VR stuff, a 1080 on a scale 1-5 is ~0.7 faster then stock titanX or stock 980Ti (1163Mhz boost).

Dude Polaris 10 is basically dead if it doesn't clock similarly. It needs at least 1500mhz to be competitive. at least.
