cant hit 1500mhz even with 1.4V should i try again with 1.5? temps are fine (dont get me wrong, just testing)
If you can't get to 1500mhz with 1.3v don't try any more. That die will have a hard time to get to 1500mhz.
How did you even go that high? Wattman supports up to 1.2v which is enough for my card to reach 1500mhz. Thing is that memory and core are linked on Polaris so your vrm voltage will ramp up to the same voltage as your core on load. You will burn it. btw, after playing Control 10min https://i.**********/R0tsR5GZ/Untitled.png
What clocks can you reach before card crashes? You could also be power limited. My 580 actually have 6+8pin pcie connectors can pull even 270W if i make it.
if you bios edit you can go over 1.3v, but you have to use overdriveNtool and just forget whattman. you can edit also the Pp table to get more powerlimit. if you cant get to 1500mhz with 1.3v just forget about it. oc the gddr5 that will give better gains.
Use hwinfo to check for memory errors. Card will actually perform worse if not stable. My card yield bigger score increase with tight timings than overclocking memory.
