Battlefield 4 in October 2013?

this game feels very unfinished to me...needs some polish for sure.

 

Starting to think some of these websites are getting $$ from certain companies to showcase higher-end cards and give false results. I'm normally not one to be a conspiracy theorist but my GTX 760 is nowhere near the low benches this last site that was posted gave it. Nowhere near that.

COD have more fanboy than BF4. If you are in business, like those critics, you need to kiss and suck up to get some $$. It is just that simple.

In regard to BF4, DICE really need to fix the severe server crash problem. Server crashed 3/5 matchs, and my PING were at 19-70.

 

And the lag...most games I have been in today have really been rough.

 

This game is pissing me off. I'm sure they were wanting to get it out before the next cod but it really could have used a couple months of cleanup. Crashes and lag just kill the fun.

legend Expect Ultra settings and around 160%+ resolution scaling at 60fps. not sure about your monitor, if it's 1440p then maybe a bit less resolution scaling, also depends on your refresh rate.

To those saying about servers being laggy, buggy etc, come on guys, the game isn't even out where I live and issues are always to be expected when a big online game like this launches. Give it time. If the servers are still crap at xmas, I will be really pissed off course.

 

Crashing too often. Loved the bits I could play but the frustration of having to deal with the constant crashes is too much for now.

 

It really shouldn't need that...you guys dropping $$ for this game are crazy.

Not that it's not good, it's just not finished....and it's obvious.

But if you have the extra $ then to each his own..

 

$550 for a video card these days? Rather go buy a bottle of Tequila and a spliff

Is it me or are the servers keep crashing? I get disconnected alot, after the server seems empty.

Thats true... and it seems that yesterday 600mb patch make it crash even more. It's unplayable at the moment.

 

Remember the TV missile bug from BF3? well it's back in BF4, Dice at their finest once gain.

Games these days run fine on a 250$ videocard.

 

bugs i get are lag on some servers or sound lost say am in tank and there are many sound it stops for some sec and then is back

rest of game am happy get 70+- Fps on every thing on max and 1920x1200

 

You know I hate to say this but right now I'm kind of wishing that I had waited and got COD Ghost.

I hate that because I would always take BF over COD but at the moment BF4 is just too far from finished.

Between lag, sound issues and crashing to desktop it's just too much. That said the good moments I have had were fantastic.

 

COD is awful. yuck.
