Is that with the entire system running stock jimmy?? And also, are you sure the system is running the cards in SLI correctly?? Updated driver & such?? Your score seems more like a single card score than SLI. Try checking a few things in your BIOS & in the nv control panel for your cards. I run the A8N SLI Prem., so it isn't much different than your board. How can your CPU be a Socket 754, as you said, when you're using a socket 939 mobo(according to your specs)???

Great work Roger, nice name by the way, lol! Your GFX score is higher than my 7900GT is stock (Although my card had to RMA'ed because of problems), I'd hold onto that 7800GT!

'Tis low. I get 58.5k with my mobile 2600+ @ 10x200 with the card in my profile running at stock speeds.

Uhmm... not really sure where to start... i do a lot of tweaks on this thing... PM me if you want a full "write-up."

What was the cpu score, by the way?

couldn't remember so I ran a new test:

    gfx: 8,811
    cpu: 7,788
    total: 55,998

this is on a fresh install of winxp, nothing tweaked.

Was that with your cpu at 2.4ghz?

I get just slightly higher than that with my cpu at 2.0ghz... (10x200)

Your right Slapdash if you ran the benchy with the hardware in your specs! In fact you should be much closer to 90-100K even with your CPU at stock clockspeeds? If I have my card at stock speeds with driver version 84.21 (latest official set from Nvidia.com) I get very close to 96K but that is with my Opty between 2.8-3.0Ghz. Have you tried running the benchy a few time in a row, maybe that was just a one-time low score, that happens sometimes.

Ran it again and got 82250. slightly better. But still a little slow. Everything is running at stock speeds. Don't know what to say m8.

after overclocking my cpu a little i got 89043. Seems like cpu power makes a big difference.

Well... i run 200 @ 2-2-2-11, in dual channel, if that's what you mean...

But otherwise, i really don't know... I've had this question in pretty much every forum that i've ever posted in... My cpu seems to score freakishly high at lower clocks than pretty much any other socket A i've seen... If i run 3200+ Barton clocks, that puts me right to 8.2k. So, if my motherboard wasn't a total pos, if i could hit 13x200, i'm thinking i would be just over 9k...

I downloaded this "nTune" prog from MSI's site because a mate suggested it for me.
I went through some automatic tuning thingie.
I dunno what the program really did...
It didn't change my CPU and GFX-card clocks at all but my scores in aquamark went up quite a bit.
It didn't really have any effect on 3dmark scores tho.
I got the same exact scores on 3dmark06 than before but on 05 the score went up maybe 2%.

This is my score before ntune:

    And after ntune:

    Weird, huh? :D
