BD ships next week? http://www.bit-tech.net/news/hardware/2011/08/26/amd-bulldozer-to-ship-within-the-next-week/1
http://ca.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3907 Would have went ASUS, but the fact that I would lose a PCIe slot bothers me due to their weird Northbridge placement. deltatux
WTF those tests aren't legit look at the video tests. The two tests using entirely different GPU. Lame and 100% fail
Oh ye? Then how score for first CPU test is so low? Here is result for 570 with enabled PhysX: from here: http://forums.guru3d.com/showpost.php?p=4005368&postcount=2025 Interesting...
lol, i got over ~24200 at gpu score, but i used a different driver btw Test 1 is cpu only @3.56ghz.. and by AMD it could be so low because or mostly of ES and older 3dmark vantage. 2nd test with physx off ~22 ops, those 151ops by AMD look legit imo..
^ 151 OPS is very high score for CPU, on my 970 I get 50~ So, it's with enabled PhysX(I mean on GPU)?
well does bulldozer have a build-in gpu like Sandybridge? and we still dont know what gpu they used, probably something around 470gtx.. but i doubt a 470gtx could score that low with enabled ppu, I got around that cpu score with 250gts +physx.
Integrated GPU... could be, anyway it doesn't support physX. AMD Here is for 250 GTS with enabled physX: Not so close to that result.
its a actual quad core with SMT ie hyper threading but amd dedicated hardware to them. Still much slower than a real core.
^ actually it should be around 1.8 core per core, so only about 20% slower then a real 2 core cpu. yea that would be my second comment too btw, i got that physx 42k score @ my current cpu, SB will speed that up ^^, but then again no 250gts would score so low @ Bulldozer since its near SB perf.. especially because of gpu test 1, 2 both at ~ 52fps.. which makes me think its 470gtx/560Ti in it.:nerd: Imo it looks legit but end result will be better, ES doesn't really represent final product.
Here is for two 6 core-Xeons: 79 OPS and 10K planes, AMD FX 8150 shows 151ops and 2500 planes, HOW? :bang:
idk, could be some instruction and the way they communicate with each other.. anyway :nerd: looks like we will see it soon, apparently in a good week.
