Quake 4 didn't do so hot, but Quake 4 I always thought was a well planned out solid game. Never dissapoints me.

Yeah to bad, I liked the game aswell on MP, only thing they had to remove was the damn crosshair bobbing while running... You could change it but it still would be forced back on when joining servers. It's just "not done" in games such as UT and Quake.

Half Life stands out the most to me. I've had lots of good times with that and associated games (TF2, CS, DoD). Diablo is also up there too... so classic. I met some pretty cool people on FFXI and we've had some pretty awesome times, so that is pretty great too.

Oblivion. Gorgeous, engaging world, beautiful music, all the open-endedness I could ever want.

I'm going to reinstall it now.

Fable - I picked it up cheap from a bargain bin figuring I'd have some cheap and short fun with it, but I absolutely fell in love with it. I was so sad when it ended.

BF1942 - the first (and only) game I think I truly became addicted to. I played it and nothing else for months. I missed the release of lots of other games because of it.

Painkiller - Had never even heard of it (I think because it was released during my aforementioned bf42 addiction) but bought it as a lark on Steam last summer (or the summer before?). Totally blew me away; was surprised how much it still held up graphically given its supposed age.

Dead Space - The only game I've ever played where a door slides open, and I'm afraid to step through the doorway. :uhoh:

Rfactor, just when I start getting bored of a MOD another one comes out, or I rekindle an older one with newer tracks, I love it!

Ah yeah I used to spend hours making tunnels! Remember that DM map that was just a rectangle with a building at each end over the whole wall, and rock floor inbetween...used to tunnel from one end to the other :D

Also Baldur's Gate was one of the first games I played on the PC, and oddly enough I youtubed it yesterday to show a friend after forgetting it existed for years, before seeing it mentioned here :infinity:
