Well the difference in price is $10-15, while the difference in performance is only a couple degrees celsius. Not sure if the extra money is worth the slightly better performance, but it's your decision. Personally, I'd go with the 9500.

newegg has em in stock right now. i myself own the tuniq tower and its a beast. i had originally bought the 9500 to go with my new comp, but replaced it with the tuniq tower because it couldnt handle 3.6 ghz at safe temps.

I find it surprising the 9500 out performs the Big Typhoon. Theoretically, the BT has a more efficient design, similar to the Tuniq.

The Tuniq Tower is the best cooler right now, which is why it's always sold out. It's similar to the BT as I said. Has six copper heat pipes with aluminum fins. Copper absorbs more heat but aluminum releases it more readily, which is what makes it an efficient design. Plus, it's utterly massive. I'd definitely get the Tuniq Tower. Just make sure to measure your case first before you pick one up, since it is one BIG cooler.

Asus just released a new cooler which is a bit cooler than the Zalman's.. its the Silent Knight which i might get if i dont buy a watercooling kit since my stock cpu cooler is ugly :p

+ its cheaper than the 9700LED and 9700NT LED
