WoW Gets Dx11 in Cataclysm Beta

Because there is really nothing interesting to show, it just boost fps and add more details to water when having set details to Ultra.

 

I thought all the quest packs were free now?

 

iv been playing on and off since launch. Great game and Cataclysm is a much
needed fix for the old zones. Played through the Worgen starting area last night
and it was pure awesome.

Solo is no problem, its what i always do. Solo and 5man when it comes to that
until im finished. then take a break, wait for a big patch, play some, break, wait
for new expansion Works for me atleast.

 

The best mmo I've played was The Matrix Online! I love it... lol, WoW is cool... I might reactivate my account to try it out for a bit.

I'm playing PWI at the moment though, it's great. Kinda like WoW... But free.

 

cant wait to go home and game this..but interesting latency is around 190ms..dont get why..lol..where is the EU servers anyway?

European servers are in France. Which server are you playing on? I might be able to toss some **** your way to help you out. Not sure if you can trade or not with Trial accounts, however. You never used to be able.

DX11 does not automatically make a game better looking. Just like if you are using a new browser that supports HTML5 does not mean all sites suddenly become shiny HTML5 examples.
Remember Crysis is a DX9 game at heart.
Still using a new version of DirectX API can bring improvements if only developers use it. In this case increase in FPS, which is useful for mid/low-end DX11 hardware.

 

in europe theres like eerm 40 servers or something im on a server called Twisting Nether...

 

Should have a name, such as "Doomhammer" Or "Shadowsong". Also, I used to play Horde only - so unless your char is a hordie and on one of the servers I have chars on I wont be able to help you.

 

But the game is absolutely crap!

 

Good graphics alone dont make a good game look at wow 5 years ago.

 

I play WoW from time to time but it's certainly not the best game, in fact I find it quite boring. When books don't help me relax I play it is as a release from the adrenaline and stress that is EVE, which isn't often. As a five year EVE veteran and casual WoW player I can say EVE is definitely the best, but its ruthless play style isn't for everyone.

The endless raiding kills me but changing that would mean changing the core essence of the game. The PVP is fun but some classes are still overpowered and Blizz don't care. I haven't done a raid in years, last raid I did was AQ20 and got that pink dress for my Warlock, got fed up with it and never raided again. As you can see I'm a pretty bitter ex-WoW player.

Blizzard haven't released player numbers in a long time. The 12 million player number is an estimate, wouldn't surprise me if it was exaggerated.

 

Played for more than 1 hour i think and lvl 7 iam. It looks easy but a Lvl 9 big boar named princess keeps raping me when i try to kill it. I bought a better axe and teach her who isnthe boss. Now she is dead meat! lol

By the way what happens when u die after lvl 10 nwat penalties game talks about?
