Thankfully I haven't had any issues regardless of driver version with my GTX 680. Now with that being said, every time I purchase an Nvidia based card, performance and gameplay both get smoother as drivers mature. I've had 6800GT, 7800GS, 8800GTX SLI, GTX 260, GTX 470, GTX 580, and now GTX 680. From experience, I have to say that patience pays off. Relax and let Nvidia do their thing.

It appears that in the last hour or two they removed the WHQL for the 660 off their main page telling you what drivers are out.

    http://www.geforce.com/

It use to have a WHQL listed for the 660, followed by the current WHQL 301.42, followed by the most recent beta driver.

Now it just displays 301.42 and the current beta driver...

*tinfoil hat on* Omg could this mean they're about to release the long awaited driver today!?!?, i mean not that removing 1 listing from a main page could hint that, seeing as the driver is still available if you search for it under the 660 card.. but it is interesting!

Does anyone here play sleeping dogs and can confirm if having V-Sync on gives strange stuttering effects despite running a smooth 60 frames? Turning it off the game is super smooth.

    No other game does this.

Besides that and GW2 performance issues the cards working brilliantly.

nope, runs smooth with vsync on my 460 :)

try with 60 or 59 fps cap in NV Inspector

or even lower if you're running at extreme settings.

GW2 runs great with my old 275gtx, as an Aion player when there are more of ten players in the same scene the game slowdown but GW2 do an excelent work with a lot of poligons in the same scene.
Anyways GW2 use Directx 9 and there isn't too much to do with that.

Yes, it's a well known issue and the Steam forum has several long threads about it, so it's not your hardware at fault.

You can use MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision and limit the frame rate to 59 there, turn off the in-game frame limiter, and enable v-sync in-game. This will at least improve things a whole lot.

Thank you for letting me know! =) Do you know if the developers have admitted to the issue and are working on a fix?

Maybe try and disable 2 of those 690's and run a dual SLI only, seeing as there has been many problems with 6 Series SLI...maybe tri/quad just isn't working atm. (working right that is).

They fixed TSW now i believe, but running SLI in that game in beginning was troublesome, seemed alot complained in-game abt. that.
