UPDATE 3/29: We have enabled the seeker experience in Windows Update for Windows Insiders in the Slow ring. That means in order to receive Build 18362, you will have to go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update and click the “Check for updates” button as the build will not automatically download and install from Windows Update. This experience will only be seen for Insiders who are not coming from Build 18356.16 – see our note from 3/26 below.

This build has stuttering issues in Escape from Tarkov and The Division 2 that 1809 does not have. Also if you go into settings then apps right after a fresh boot the settings app hangs then closes. All on fresh install. 1809 is fine. Also you can not disable Windows Defender in group policy it just doesnt work. As well as group policy taking a reboot or two to kick in unlike 1809. Overall this build is usable yes but very buggy. I would hold off. all on a 9900k 2080 ti system

I can't comment on the games you mentioned but all the games I tried were without stutters on this build. Also the settings app works find for me on a fresh start. So far I've found this build to be much more stable than 1809. No more slow loading tiles. I have around 100+ tiles on my fullscreen start menu for my games. Used to take almost 10 minutes to load them even on an ssd. Now they load within a second or two.

Maybe it is because I removed some preinstalled apps? I used the uninstall function in the apps section no powershell script. I have tried 3 new images same issue all 3 times before I went back to 1809. Also does disabling windows defender work for you or no?

Does anyone see their updates paused for 7 days with no way to change it? This on 18362.

I am not able to install .NET framework 3.5 (.Net 1.0 and 2.0 included). it gives error code 0x800F0950

dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 gives the same error. what gives ?

    only install from iso worked
    dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:h:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess

I'm getting the same error code when I'm trying to add spellchecking, handwriting, voice recognition etc. for the 2nd language. IIRC this error means that whatever we're trying to access isn't on servers yet.

I forgot to mention Apex but I also got stuttering with it as well. There is just something odd about this build that is really concerning it is RTM. I think it is close to RTM quality but not quite there. Some games stutter with texture loading mostly I noticed so either a by product of WDDM 2.6 with 2.5 drivers or something else. Maybe corrected with new nvidia drivers? The weird settings bug where you boot go into settings then apps it hangs. Very odd bug I can reproduce on numerous clean installs but keep in mind I remove all the junk it preinstalls but now I dont need a powershell script because all can be uninstalled normally with 19h1 with right click uninstall. Group policy also lags behind when you make changes and some polices are flat out ignored and dont work such as windows defender disabling. Hopefully better with a update or two but for now I will be on 1809 I just hope the windows store games dont try and force 1903 on me like 1709 did back in the day on me.

There's a WDDM 2.6 driver on here. You could try that.
