take a look at this the card is tweaked @1935mhz locked at 893mv and 16gbps vram oc power limit at 104% but it never actually goes past 99% tdp checked the cable,it's room temperature. it's a superflower 850w leadex gold psu (led connectors)
16AWG(american wire gauge) is a universal measurement of the thickness of the wire. The smaller the awg the thicker the wire which means it can handle more current. Anyways, for 16awg it will be rated for 240w~ give or take. You're not even close to the rated limit.
Has nothing to do with the brand. it's a PCIe specification for that wire gauge. If you want to get into the specifics, look up ATX specification and you can find all the spec limits and other info.
