Say what you will about Intel and their past behaviors, but this lawsuit is important as it affects all semiconductor companies and their right to protection from frivolous troll patent suits. The behaviours of the Fortress subsidiaries in the claim should result in the lawyers involved suspended from the court and unable to submit new claims.
