well I did some overclocking and here is my 3dmark06 score

Haha, better than mine definitely, I only get 5000 something.

 

Haha that's a nice score mate, close to my stock score in Vista

 

you can push some more out of that card to reach ~10k. i get around 11,3xx, but the c2d helps.

edit : sorry, didn't see that you had the 320 gts. in that case, your score is very good :ying:

 

yea if I used vista then it will prolly go up around 2000 or so because I had vista then I took it off because to bugy

yea this is only the 320mb card hehe with only air fan cooled

 

i get around 9500 with my system. yet my cpu is holding me back.. so yeah. uprading to intel once the price cuts cuts in

 

i got 9591 when i OCed my e6300 to 2800Mhz and my 8800GTS to 560/1750...dunno if its the CPU that pulled the score up though

3DMark06 is heavily impacted by CPU power.

Ex:
3000+ Venice @ 2.75 GHz w/ 7900 GTX @ 715/905: 5540
Opteron 165 @ 2.6 GHz w/ 7900 GTX @ 680/880: 6347

 

but the diff between an X2 and a C2D isnt that big as compared to a venice and an Opty..
