Seems lately that I can't install drivers the "normal" way. That is to say, by just clicking on the install exe. This is for downloaded drivers and the original that is on my CD. I CAN however install the drivers manually from the device manager. My only problem is that when I installed the latest 8500 drivers, I get a mass of unknown hardwares in DM along with the new video adaptor. This is also a second reformat of the machine, too.
