What I had wasn't to that extent, though.
Which version gave you that, btw?

With current builds of MPC-HC you don't need the rest.
CCCP is pretty much history with me.

The thing is, if this is really the RC for the WHQL release, then it'd most likely be carried over to the final release.

    That might be it.
IIRC all of the 11.11 previews also displayed (mainly) a green color on Flash videos.

Any hints when we might see the final release other than this month? :3eyes:

I've already installed 64-bit Flash player and view Flash videos in 64-bit browsers (like Waterfox) way before installing this RC.

Like I said, this RC breaks Flash video playback and DXVA.
Reverting to 11.12 WHQL fixes it.

Yes, because it's the hardware ID.

    Uh, madVR uses DXVA.

I don't even get what you're trying to say here, and I'm not going to try to.

    Not anymore.
Lately I just play L.A. Noire that I got from Steam's holiday sale.
Set it on Performance with no AA and 4xAF, rarely dips under 25fps.
    GPU OC'd to 585/800.

i mean install x86 & x64 flash player which is beta4 just release only. u can use nightly 12.0a1 browser which is x64. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/

since our default clock is 450/800 for sony, toshiba & dell users.. like acer it come with stock clock of 550/800.. the highest can go till 7xx/11xx with 1.05 volt

If everything's working just fine with 11.12 WHQL, I can't see why I should change everything else.
Flash Player already had 64-bit native support ever since 11.0, so I also can't see why I'd need to get the 11.2 Beta.

FYI, the 64-bit installer of Flash Player 11.x also includes the 32-bit version, so there's no need for getting separate installers.

With my VAIO it's actually 450/790 (meh), and 585MHz is just the highest allowed by Afterburner.
I'm not going to push past it simply because editing Insyde BIOS to change the GPU voltage is a nuisance, and it can reach 75C under both CPU & GPU full load @585/800.
It was reaching 85C with stock thermal paste, then I replaced it with a Zalman STG1.

bro.. after u set 585 & apply, u can push further up (msi afterburn) after restart it will back 2 defaults. can push further up.. i tested with 800/1200 straight bsod during games with max 0.95v defaults.

power option > max processor state set 99% on plugged or battery 2 avoid cpu reach above 70!

And what's the point of having high OC if it's going to BSOD?

In most laptops, the thermal readings for both CPU & GPU are usually not too far off between one another, because both use the same heatsink.
In my case, CPU & GPU use different base plates, but their heatpipes are going to the same fins array.

This laptop had run F@H 24/7 for around a month at 85C without problems.
75C, relative to my laptop model, can be considered cool.
Above 70C at full load on both CPU & GPU for this laptop is normal, above 80C is not.
And this is under an ambient temp of 28C.

Anyway, this is getting effing off-topic.
In conclusion, 12.1 RC is probably fine with games, but not so much with everything else on my laptop.
Like I'd notice any difference between this and 11.12 WHQL in terms of performance with an HD 5650M; not gonna happen.

    The download is painfully slow.

You can use a download manager to increase the number of connections and get full speed.
