Good luck on that Got the board ready for dice today but only 7lbs left. So its going to have to be quick since the cpu is a piggy Its the lod tweak on the latest drivers that really added big gt2 numbers on nv cards now....serves amd right since no phxs on gpu for nv(since it would blow them away) but its ok to turn off tess in ccc. Pay backs a bitch Still thuo you need fast cpu it helps to add gpu score too,not so much for a older card thats maxing out at 20k-30k gpu points thuo.
Yeah. I keep GTX 480 until ~2015 due to (very) good performance with good warranty and to crisis. But I'm very happy for CUDA to utilize Octane Render. Do you know O. R.?
No ric i never use that stuff and would not have a clue how to. As i said in the last post just the cpu speed up will get you more on the gpu side too. I ran slower gpu clocks but higher cpu speed 1600 1.53v cpu 5150 -10 lod Had issues with quad today the slots went away agian worked fine yesterday so idk wth is up with that but it ate into the little dice i had left I save alittle for next time
