Tecmo Bowl 3 for snes. I play it far too often. Like it's still a thing...though it never was a thing...but you know what I mean.

Yeah Castlevania was a major inspiration for Souls.

I haven't played any Castlevania after IV on SNES and 1 and 2 on NES, though.

Finished C&C Renegade and Max Payne.

Went with something completely different now... Need for Speed - Porsche 2000. I actually bought a Gamepad for it :p Spend the evening setting it up with fan patches and such.

Gonna have some fun the next days with career mode.

Gone through Return to Castle Wolfenstein.

And attempted Turok (Remaster), but after 3 hours i had enough. Lack of manual saving and too much backtracking.

I always go back to Half Life, but this last time I did it in Black MESA, I heard they have a new update but didn't look all that great.

They've been adding levels from the Xen chapter into a beta branch.
They've got about half of the Xen chapter up for beta testing now. And it looks amazing, it's a HUGE improvement of the original Half-Life's awful Xen levels.

im replaying Bloodlines ATM, along side Mass Effect 2.

its just insane how good the conversations\voice acting and the scripts in Bloodlines compared
to modern games. i mean, ME2 is old but not that old and its a killer game - one of my favorites, but the
job they did in Bloodlines.. man.. pure talent.

so Bloodlines now, when il finish it im considering Max Payne 1 + 2.

Such a good game, even if it's a little flawed.

Also, the water reflections have issues on newer hardware. Last time I played it, everything reflected in the water... except for the ground. So, you'd have trees, grass, clouds... enemies, boats... all that reflecting off the water.
But, the ground all that stuff is sitting on... not there.
