Making my all time favorite meal tonight. Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra, and hot rolls. If I was on death row in prison this would be my last meal request.

DiGiorno stuffed crust is the best frozen pizza you can get. Also Jack's is pretty good, really good cheese.
Made some beef enchiladas tonight but I screwed up by not cooking them with foil on top. I don't know what I was thinking but the cheese got way too over-cooked. Eh, too much crap on my mind during this time of year. They were still good though.
Damn I love shrimp but living in the mid west you can't get good seafood in the rural areas unless you wanna pay a large delivery fee. But, thank god for catfish.
