W00T! Slayed myself a dragon! Took about almost half an hour to complete this feat, frustrating too as my main character was the last man standing at 30% of the dragon's health.

Some random non-spoiler (Nothing important anyway, mostly dialogue from various NPC's and party members, nothing quest or story related is revealed.) cutscenes from Dragon Age.



(For those wondering I strip all party members of equipment before a cutscene or event just incase something should happen, don't want to lose any items.)

Left 4 Dead 2:
I'm not sure I like it as much as L4D1. I like the weapons and their "feel". But the removal of almost any form of gore in the Australian version makes it an instant no buy for me. It's even less violent than L4D1, and now after you kill a zombie their body disappears before they even hit the ground. Its so f*cking lame. Completely ruins the game. Another issue is the field of view...the game feels like it's being played in a very low resolution and everything is zoomed in and big. I didn't think this would be an issue for me, but unfortunately it's really irritating. (for comparison look at the position of the gun in the L4D2 screenshot compared to the L4D1 ones below)

Ye, i NEEEEEEEEEEED some time to actually sit down and play Dragons Age. Liking borderlands too much at the mo!

I was a total Baldurs Gate fanatic - looks like Dragons Age is just what ive been waiting for.

Finally playing a bit ....

 

As a huge fan of the Baldurs Gate and Icewind Dale, and Neverwinter Nights series, this game is so freakin awesome I almost have to pinch myself to make sure I am not back in the late 90s dreaming about how cool it would be if Bioware made a new game. It is very much like Mass Effect meets Baldurs Gate. I felt very comfortable playing it the first time. Besides for it being hard as hell, its great. Even hard as hell it is fantastic! Must play......
