Whitelisted in Adguard and Disconnect, sorry for the troubles Hilbert, the website does load slowly but not that slow ( 3mb up/down connection ) but its all for a good cause, and to keep the amazing content rolling.

Im getting asus corsair and msi banners and they dont look bad lol

EDIT: about the youtube videos, an unboxing video with commentating wont hurt, just turn the camera, open the product and comentate, and upload the unedited video to youtube. I think that would be great, and we would have to disable adblock just for guru3d videos

 

I'll donate to the site. Due to past history, I won't disable any tracker or ad blocking utilities.

 

everything cost, nothing is free, originaly the ads were gentle and not agressive and everyone where happy. it was making income and website could be free this way...

but this time is passed, now ads bother everyone=> no ads = no incomes => no incomes = no wonderfull free site ... and goes on and on

I don't understand how ads work can someone explain to me ?
I assumed that a website only gets paid if I click on the ad and actually order something then the website gets a "cut" from it, it's why I always have my AdBlockers running, because I never have any intention of purchasing things from ads on websites.

but until one of you answers it for me, in any case I had just disabled my AdBlock and AdGuard for this domain..... also realized the forum ads are pretty quick to load, yet the front page ads lag for a bit, holding back the whole page from loading quickly, it's an annoyance yes but a first world one.

How am I trolling? I'm strong opinionated, so much so I spent 5 minutes typing that because my trash xperia z1 has the worst touch screen in the world that always thinks your tapping the opposite side of the screen

 

this is why I never use ad blockers. I simply stop visiting sites that have really intrusive ads.

If you keep ads on the sides, don't include autoplay vids and sounds, and don't have sneaky popups, or scroll over insta enlarge ads, I will keep visiting the site.
