Going to start sticking latest drivers available and some very useful apps by some great members. Do you guys want the latest CAP stuck?
I would appreciate some kind of order of the stickies, something like: 1. Latest official driver 2. Latest beta driver (or even a never ending list of all found/released beta drivers with an extra thread for discussions) 3. CCAP (Custom Catalyst Application Profiles)/Cap 4. RadeonPro BETA 5. AMD Catalyst (Modified Build) (It's pretty outaded :S)
You could have one post that you could edit that would address these areas and have sections pertaining to latest driver, current and latest caps along with any mods or ccaps possibly. I don't think each would need its own thread, one or possibly two should cover it.
That could get very confusing with multiple replies on several different drivers in the same thread. People need to post their experiences with each driver, just my ten penneth!
I see your point, then yea the latest driver could just get pinned and discussed as they come. The latest cap could be included within the driver sticky unless you didn't want caps discussed to keep it more on topic. Latest caps need to of course incorporated somehow. Would be nice to have a sub forum or section for Mutli GPU users. Different profiles for games, caps and tweaks etc...
I think the stickies just make it more confusing, especially is they might be outdated and other latest drivers are leaked... but whatever I'll get used to it. And yeah latest Application profiles should be stickied too.
They're confusing now. Driver threads floating around the forum... Would be great just to sticky the new ones and unstick the older thread.
see the new mods are making a mess of things with all the sticky threads , not been this untidy in here for years
Love the new stickies. So much easier to find the latest things instead of chuckleheads bumping old threads to the top..
