Not for me unfortunately... and haven't used any kind of slimming...

 

These drivers work fine with Resizable BAR and a RX 580 (VRAM reported correctly)

 

Is it strange that I kind of lost interest in "new" drivers that have no significant changes/improvements due to months of waiting for RDNA2 GPU?

 

Adrenalin 20.12.2 / 21.1.1 + Horizon Zero Dawn patch 1.10

Previous patches 1.08 and 1.09 are ok. Probably the patch is the cause of the problem but I can't find any complaints about that on Internet. Anyone else?

 

So add 10% to Hilbert's benchmarks for Hitman in 4K?

Anyone with a 5700xt has FRTC return with this update?

 

No FRTC option for Vega here. I don't mind, using Chill with min/max at the same value

It's not new. I had it with 20.12.1 too (RDNA2 card).

Now with 21.1.1 I still have crashes with Quake II RTX.

 

FRTC is only available for Navi2x cards, at least for now.

 

heh, u mentioned quake2 RTX, so I just tried it with new driver. Crashin in less than 5 min. WHILE previous driver was fine(that for 6900/6800 only)
BUT meanwhile I got never Vulkan runtime installed too, so maybe this is cause of issue(for RDR2, which for some reason does not work now completely for me, dumb rockstar/epic issue)

Ah yes, for some weird reason, after reinstall 20.12.2 quake2 rtx does even don't start. Same driver was working fine with for 10 mins or so.
Weird.

 

dont install in ryzen 3550h dont háve vega8 driver

For me a troublesome install and on top caught in a safe mode loop - an early restore point brought it back to normal, phew!

 

You've blocked a driver on windows update for the video card at some point, and now its blocking it for all drivers.

 

DayZ and Escape From Tarkov are only using a small amount of the GPU. Sometimes utilization is 40%. Never had this issue with a 2080 super before in this same rig, using the RX 6800 now. 3700x cpu. I used ddu to remove nvidia drivers. I've fiddled with so many settings and cant get it to use the whole gpu in the game. CPU usage sits between 10 and 30% usage. In DayZ looking one direction the gpu will be at 99% and I turn and it will drop to 40%.

In Tarkov at the beginning of the match the gpu will be at 100% and running perfect frames, like 30 seconds into a raid loading usage drops down and so do the frames. Games like warzone and fortnite run perfectly fine 99% usage but those are not the types of games I like to play.

Asus x570 tuf wifi with latest bios and chipset drivers.
