NVIDIA Graphics Driver 191.56 Released

The newest driver to date, meant for Quadro graphics cards built in to HP's workstation products.

Sorry it does not contain a modded inf to install cards so some genuis will have to make one

Documentation is included in these packages, and 3D Vision and PhysX installers are not included in these packages.

Tried to add more AA to HGL, SLI Visual Indicator shows that SLI AA is used but the game looks like no AA is in use.

Forced AA on WHO, game gets some AA but not as with previous drivers, still notice jaggies that weren't there with 191.07

 

all 190 series problem with AA.

 

Deleted nvapps.xml in Windows\System32
Not sure if the driver makes that one as a backup?

HGO, disabled in game AA and enabled it and now it works.
Tweaked WHO with nHancer, AA works as supposed now, still best with splitscreen SLI, default gives texture flickering.

All these drivers need a modified INF file to install, they are only orginaly for Quadro cards!

Sure GURU3D Admins will upload to there servers soon if anyone has problems downloading.

 

scaling from 4/3 -> 16/10 works perfect, which havent happend since never?
old ogl still needs extension limits on
3dm06 gained ~1k compared to 191.07
no major performance change on lfs or wow(survived av)
no crashes so far, which has happend with all previous quadro + modded inf

That isn't going to change now that the driver has opengl 3.2. nvidia will just define the correct value by default as they work through the games.

Use the customer improvement form and tell nvidia that the games in question require the Quake 3 extension limit otherwise they fail to work.

Just installed it using the .inf I modded.

 

The files have been downloaded more than 10 times so the limit has been reached. Send the files to me, I'll upload them on my rapidshare premium account.

Or can someone else re-upload the inf's?

 

Monitor scaling now fixed for me.

seems a touch smoother overall.

Will test better when get more time.
