I haven't been keeping up with this thread. So how do I use MFAA? I'm not really familiar with Nvidia Inspector and I didn't see the option in Nvidia Control panel.

I think it has to be implemented in game, no games have it yet.

That's because its a driver feature like FXAA and it enhances normal MSAA.

I don't think the driver supports it yet. And yeah, it enhances the normal AA (or more like modifies it).

Yes it does even on Kepler, but via nvinspector.

Tested in at least 5 games so far and everyone had better MSAA afterwards, also lower gpu utilization.

I somewhat doubt that it was working. Afaik it uses Maxwells better programmable msaa sample thingy. Besides, that option is there even for Fermi - and it doesn't mean that enabling it makes it to work. Also it shouldn't offer better quality but performance.

I still wonder if you could disable normal AA, enable FXAA and MFAA

Huh? MFAA is temporal MSAA and you can obviously slap FXAA over it, just like with normal MSAA. Although there has been some bug in driver that NVIDIA seems to be incapable of fixing that makes driver FXAA not working in some games when MSAA is enabled (It's just a bug, not technical limitation).

Diablo III is poorly coded on the optimization side of things. I've noticed turning down the audio quality, for whatever reason, seems to help quite a bit for stutters, and some frame drops. (Pretty sure I've said this before, and specifically, replying to you.)

As for the freezing, I'm not getting any of that with this driver. Most of it can be blamed on the game itself, in this case.

What is DSR? I guess it's something to do with colour compression or something i heard? Will this benefit all games or only ones that support what ever DSR is?

Oh! Sorry! I thought that was working already any way. I personally don't use it.

I'm sorry for the noobie question, but is this assumption right? (Performance wise)
    MSAA + MFAA + FXAA > MSAA + MFAA > MSAA
