There is GI of sorts, it's faked of course but I don't think the original had actual GI either. It will never look the same because the world geometry has been rotated so light and shadow falls differently, but quality-wise I don't think there's any difference in the lighting itself.

I think thats impossible. Ubisoft would have to release some sort of Nvidia Physx patch to enable that. I can deal with not having E3 gas station explosion, but would LOVE to have the anamorphic headlights re-enabled.
