How to Mod Watch Dogs entirely - Full Tutorial

    Hi guys,

    I have a problem with gibbed and 8.1 64bit. I see the following messages in the event log:


    First:

    Had same problem. You must put the disrupt tools in the WD folder with both the .dat and .fat files. Also, when you prepare to pack the game files again, you only need to pack the files you edited, and you can delete all the extra.

    so what you mean is just paste this code to cover the original one?
    or I add this code in a specific place?

    Hi Yecnot,

    i copied the tools in the folder data_win64, where are the fat and dat files, and in the bin folder located at Watch_Dogs folder. Everytime the same problem :(

    Yet another idea? Or am I doing something wrong?

    just replace that line.
    It doesn't work online tho. People still see your regular sr25

    Oh, and then you drag the specific .fat file onto the gibbed unpack exe. If that fails you should try the microsoft xna framework.

    That's ok lol
    I ususally just use sniper in single player mode
    anyway
    forgive my ignorance
    so I just replace your code to any sniper gun file?
    just use this line to replace that whole paragraph thing??

    More specifically the one that is underlined to this value 95CD9DA0.
    So you end up with

    how can I repack it
    drag that items_converted to Gibbed.Disrupt.Pack ?
    EDIT:
    I think I used a different method
    so I drag that items.lib to Gibbed.Disrupt.ConvertBinaryObject.exe
    that I got an items_converted and items_converted.xml
    this is where Ifound that sniper file

    1. Drag "Common.dat" to "Gibbed.Disrupt.Unpack.exe" - to get "common_unpack"
    2. Inside the "common_unpack" go to
      [common_unpack\generated\databases\generic\]
    3. Drag and drop the file "items.lib" to "Gibbed.Disrupt.ConvertBinaryObject.exe" to get these files
      "items_converted" folder & "items_converted.xml"
    4. Now.... rename these 2 files to just "items" folder and "items.xml"
    5. Go inside that items folder and edit "Weapon.SniperRifles.SR25.xml"
    6. After that is done save it and go up 1 level (go back to generic) from directory folder and drag and drop "items.xml" (should already be renamed from items_converted.xml) to "Gibbed.Disrupt.ConvertBinaryObject.exe" to get "items_converted.fcb"
    7. Put it in a new folder called "patch" and create a directory structure like this:
      [patch\generated\databases\generic]
      items.lib goes into the folder called generic.
    8. Rename this file to like it was supposed to be "items.lib"
    9. Now drag the entire "patch" folder to "Gibbed.Disrupt.Pack.exe" to get the patch.dat & patch.fat files
    10. Finally drag these files to your Watch_Dogs folder and put it in data_win64 folder and you are done.
    If you want the stuffs from the 1.0.3 ubi-patch you need to unpack their patch.dat/fat files as well and continueon step 7 with this patch folder
    rename patch_unpack to patch folder and put ur "items.lib" file in that folder with the rest of their files and repack them.

    I hope things are clear lol. kinda hard to explain.

    7. create folder named "patch" inside that create a folder named "generated" inside that create a folder named "database" inside that create a folder named "generic"

    then put that newly created/renamed items.lib in there

    now go back out till u see that patch folder and continue on step 9

    I tried it with included disrupt in "Pure E3 2012 mod v5 by Supersourav99". Now it runs. Thanks for your support!

    And many thanks to Supersourav99 and all other modders, especially on Lunayah! His enhanced Mod runs perfect on my pc!

    seems can't find that line to change it
    also
    is it possible to use this mod and that skin mod together?
