Basically it'll let you start all your pc games via Galaxy, and it will let you chat to your friends on all gaming networks, including consoles. I'm not entirely sure what they mean by importing console games. Probably just for achievement tracking etc https://www.gogalaxy.com/en/
But... but one launcher to communicate with them all? https://twitter.com/hashtag/CORSAIRLauncher?src=hash And yeah... GoG is actually consumer orientated, we already have seen with their politics in regards to exchange rates ("because 1$ =! 1€"), their wallet refund (which is an automatic discount with every perchase, more or less), and offering you to download the installation programs, use games offline, no DRM that is annoying and used to be buggy (especially with older games they sell), etc. etc. If they'd implement OBS tie ins and links to mod sites like Nexus, they could very well offer just as much to me as Steam, and maybe even more.
Signed up as well. Very interested in this. I just hope it is lightweight and functions properly. Corsair launcher come to life for sure..
I really have high hopes for this. I sign up for seeing started using GoG galaxy seeing i been buying games from them lately, but the client still leave alot to desire, the Overlay works in few games and the screen shot function only works if overlay works. Current builds of galaxy are kind slow to launch I want 2 thing from it other then all my games all in once place, Overlay that works and Built in controler support in to the client to enhance gamepad support
