I remember you were using the 388.84 drivers before. Are you seeing better performance on final fantasy with these drivers compared to the Vulkan betas?

If you consider 70 points a lot then yes, both 390.77 and 391.01 are better, although 391.05 is 90points slower then r390..

Out of curiosity how did you manage to install them? My installation keeps failing.

You need to disable driver signature in cmd (admin), there is a special command line, idk atm on phone. Google disable gpu driver signature in win8&10.

    1. Type it in, reboot
    2. Install driver,
    3. Type in 2nd command to switch it off, reboot

    Now its back to normal.

Btw about that quadro driver, it may have occasional freeze (saw it by one game), all ok by 390.77, I think 391.01 had one too., Idk but 2 newer drivers had this glitch.

Thanks I forgot about the driver signature. Haven't had to do that since I was on AMD which was years ago.

score is a little low, but then again most reviews showed 10-25% boost compared to 1080TI.

by 4K it shows all its power and does it? :D

    Already tested 1607 , 1709 , 1803 exactly the same score 8500 no more , and all OS after 1607 are stuttering for me ( bf1 , rocket league , pubg ) .

Fraps benchmark Win 7 vs Win 10 PUBG :

    Win 10 :

    Min, Max, Avg
    89, 139, 125.696

    Win 7 :

    Min, Max, Avg
    109, 144, 137.282

Tested at Yasnaya ultra settings really better on 7 system .

Here 3dmark API test Win 7 vs Win 10 ( my best on 7 system ) : COMPARE

Which version of 1803 did you try? I can confirm stuttering in 1703 and 1709 but not at all in 1803 version 17133.73

You might want to wait though because it seems the rtm is coming out this month. Possibly even today.

moaka : nice score for Windows 10, myself have around 8600+ with i5 8400, which makes me wonder if i7 8700K o/ced to 4.9Ghz would help me raise score this high as yours.

The 1k jump in score was done with the same setup? Same clocks and everything?

If so I must try 397.31 and W10 17134 for sure!
