That car engine muffler sniper rifle is a thing, well improvised weapons and fancy stuff of that nature was in Far Cry 5 : Pink Expansion already (Need to look up the name here because it seems I forgot it.) also that last image has these Spanish(?) banners and then there's just this English one there in the back for whatever reason. "Are you a true Varan" or whatever I can't quite get what that last word is. Yeah sure, true Komodo. (Blood Dragon 2 imminent? ) EDIT: *What* does that trigger do on that muffler rifle anyway?? (So here's the butt end and the scope and a trigger for something and then a pipe holding this muffler bit barrel entirely to the side and how does it even work.) (Yes, question the game logic.) (But even so how is it loaded?)
I'll eat my cat if the game looks anything like those Ubi bullshots. Even so, I'm looking forward to seeing how Gus Fring plays into the game as its antagonist.
The last base line FC game I played was FC3 and I couldn't finish it, got bored by the time you meet the exotic chick for the first time; I stopped there. I did really, genuinely liked Blood Dragon a lot, however. Although the major positive about Blood Dragon isn't actually the game itself, but rather its soundtrack. It's amazing beyond description. Then I entirely skipped FC4, Primal, and FC5. I don't see why I would or should be interested by FC6.
great news. probably will be the same as Borderlands 3.. by the time it will be on Steam i will have no interest in playing it. Gustavo is a great actor tho.
Maybe its your opinion, but this doesn t mean that fc3 isn t a 9/10 game by many people who played it
^^I just grabbed FC5 Gold edtion for £8.99(thanks MS rewards), and it also gave me FC3 classic and i have to say i am stunned at how good it looks and runs on the XBX as Ubisoft don't have a very good track recored with optimised games, but i will give them their due on the work they seem to have done on this remaster.
Sort of. It's exclusive to UPlay and EGS. Which, according to Ubisoft's sales reports for previous titles like Ghost Recon and Division 2... it boosted sales directly on UPlay. Seems most players, instead of buying through EGS, preferred to get the games directly from UPlay.
Which makes sense because why would you like to have 2 launchers running in the background instead of one? Both take a bit of performance away, both might have mic chat support and screwing with ur sound and other stuff. Atm its either Steam games on Steam or Ubisoft games on Uplay for me and CoD on Blizzard and that's it.
Tbh 3 was really good it did drag a little in the middle of the game and half way through something happens which kinda ruins the game. 4 was total trash, ran like garbage on release on the highest end GPU's, story was weak and the antagonist was nowhere near the level of 3. 5 was much much better than 4, antagonist was a lot more interesting and the setting was nice, it ditched the stupid towers you have to climb to unlock an area and even pokes fun at the entire series in the game it self. Not to mention it performed and looked a lot better than 4 did. Crazy what you can do once you drop all those gimmick Nvidia features. Primal was something we should just all pretend never existed. Dude, did you ever play FC3 on the 360? It was an abomination performance wise. Just check this video out the PS3 was even worse. This never got patched either.
I tend to share your sentiment guys, I have steam because I had it first (since it's the oldest platform), but to be honest, I bought AC Odyssey on uplay...
I have the xbox 360 version on back compat on the XBX and it seems to run fine, but this remastered version is actually very impressive, basically night and day to the 360 version, and doubly so as i got it free with FC5 Gold edition for £8.99, so it was a win win all round.....now if you will excuse me i have a wallet that needs upgrading.
Definitely won't be a day one purchase after being burned on FC4. Ubisoft has made a lot of great games, but I've learned to not get hyped for any of them.
This is the only thing Ubi have coming up that I'm interested in. While the FarCry games are overly similar, it's a fun gameplay loop. Unlike the grind that Assassin's Creed normally turns into. At least for me.
