    UVD lock bug still around. Radeon Settings doesn't load on startup. Why can't you get your sh|t together AMD?

    Also why the hell does opening the Gaming tab in Radeon Settings take up like 1GB of RAM in task manager?? Closing Radeon Settings window doesn't release the memory either. I have to kill the process. Wtf is it just me?

    This is the first time i had problems with AMD driver. After installing this version i had really bad flickering problem with dual 4k monitor usually when i turn on a monitor later. The only way i was able to fix that was reinstalling the driver. One more problem i noticed is when i was playing farcry primal my fps drop was insane from 60 to suddenly 16/20 for 10-30sec. I noticed on that time my gpu clock decreased to idle clock speed almost. This never happened with previous version of the driver.
