It's a sad state of affairs when the RGB gets higher billing than the high clocks, looking forward to this RGB fad dying out.

It's what's selling for gamers now. Personally I love the look of it, but these companies are putting RGB over actual functionality as a feature.

I want the screws for my case to be RGB next.

Hey I had blue LED fans shortly after they became a thing but the RGB fad is getting ridiculous, mouse mats, monitors... soon it will be case screws

Its getting to the point where it's going to be hard to buy something without RGB

My next build will have RGB motherboard and RAM but until noctua makes RGB fans I won't be doing that.

All the lights in my system actually respond to what's going on, if my temperatures go out of whack the led's change colour, the led's on my ram all flash a solid green when I have high memory usage, only thing that doesn't change is my UV lights but they make my coolant glow so they get a pass, my keyboard is green lit so I can work in the dark so as far as function goes all the leds in my system are doing something besides lighting up and looking cool.

But hey death to LED's bring back the beige boxes.

Well Taiwan does specialize in LED lighting so it's no surprise that Taiwanese computer hardware manufactures are loading everything they can with LED lights. As for the case screws, I could actually see that happening(seriously).
